Have you checked the device manager? Often devices are listed even when they aren't functioning properly.

Execute the Windows update and it will locate itself automatically. If not, download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site.

I believe I’ve identified the issue. I have two devices with a yellow triangle, and one more with an unknown triangle. It seems like it might be related to Bluetooth, possibly one of the three common models.
