I cannot restart or cancel this job that is stuck. I checked the printer, it is connected via Wifi, the connection is good, the printer has ink and paper. I've also tried restarting my printer to no avail. I am also at the latest windows update for those who are wondering.

You might attempt to halt the service "Print Spooler," remove the associated task, and then restart it. I recall handling similar issues before, specifically on Windows Server 2003.
