I wouldn't opt for a GQ on a premium card, but it should work well for a 1660.
Thanks for the suggestion, but the PSU you mentioned are used and I don’t believe it comes with any warranty. I looked for the same model but it was too expensive for my budget. I found an XPG ADATA Pylon 550W which has a full-range input and a 5-year warranty—what do you think?
I wouldn't be overly optimistic about it, but it would suffice in a pinch with a 1660 (the Core Reactors are the really nice XPG ones). I'd definitely prefer it over most 230V-only Cooler Master mediocrity.
In general, with a 1660, I'd steer clear of going below Tier B on this list if feasible.
