In fact, I've found a lot of good things, such as electronic accessories, on Temu. Just keep in mind, you need to be cautious. Yes, the products are affordable and made with low quality materials.
But, if you prefer not to lay an entire second ethernet cable from the router to your required location...a switch.
The line originates from a switch located near the router, which is responsible for sending Ethernet connections to various ports across different areas. I considered adding another switch onto the existing one, but I was looking for a passive option that didn't require power. Not feasible? If you're seeking a switch, what are the purposes of hubs and splitters?
OK, thank you. It will be another plug-in switch. But I’m really confused about what these passive dongles are meant to do. They claim they’re for sharing an Ethernet connection. So this seems like just misleading marketing everywhere? These items come from well-known sources.
Yes, the Google Fiber router stations have two Ethernet ports, but I’m not sure I want to run a second fifty-foot Ethernet cable to a room with two computers. I should mention that Wi-Fi is an option, but speed is much better over Ethernet.
They work for two or three systems, one at a time.
Back then, it was a bit unusual.
