My PC is starting up on a system that's only a few years old, so it's still quite new. When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide the full specifications of your setup. Please list them clearly, for example: CPU, CPU cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, power supply, chassis, operating system, monitor, and the current BIOS version for your motherboard. The PSU is also a few years old, right?
Sure, just make sure the GPU is properly placed. Remove it, wipe it down, clean the connections carefully, and then put it back in. Let me know if that works.
I don't know if this will work, but my display port is also connected to my GPU, yet it's still using the built-in graphics. It's really strange—it feels like it's not even connected to the motherboard. My specs are a Ryzen 7 9700x, Montech Hyperflow 360 cooler, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X, Gkills DDR5 16bg 2x RAM, Samsung 990 Pro NVME, and my GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE. What revision board is this? Look at the lower left corner for the revision number.
Check the BIOS version on the motherboard section using CPU-Z.
Reminder – only official revisions 1.5 and above support Ryzen 7 9700x.
Revision 1.0 to 1.3 models are limited to 7000 series CPUs.
