I experienced this problem twice while starting my PC—it runs for 20 seconds before shutting down, then turns off after 10 seconds when restarted. The only solution is to restart the BIOS via the CMOS button on the back of my machine. After doing that, everything works properly. I checked the Event Viewer and found no errors; it was functioning well for a month until today. I've updated the BIOS, chipset drivers, and AMD GPU drivers. My system uses an X760E Taichi with 7950X3D, 7900XTX, and 1000 EVGA PSU. I've set my RAM to 6000MHz, which matches the factory overclock settings. I ran a memtest and everything checked out. I also noted that the system doesn't reach Windows, so it stays black and powers off after about 20 seconds. Accessing BIOS requires a CMOS reset.
I made the update to the 1.29 beta on the asrock x670e. Did you reset the CMOS after confirming the BIOS update worked? I would consider re-flashing the BIOS with the newest version, then reset the CMOS and restart the OS GUI.
