Regarding bottlenecks, it largely depends on your workload and even varies from game to game. The best approach is to look up your configuration (CPU + GPU) on YouTube and find videos showing benchmark results.

In addition to what he mentioned, all bottleneck calculators are essentially worthless; don't bother using them.

All bottleneck calculators are flawed, unfortunately. They struggle with too many variables to work correctly. For example, I play WoW, which is very CPU-intensive, and an x3d chip is the top choice, whereas you could be playing FFXIV that runs smoothly on an i5 13600k compared to a 7800x3d.
