Just to be clear. You've uninstalled iCue alltogether and tried it again? Some apps like that leave files hanging around. THey can interfere.
At this stage, we have to start getting drastic. Have you re-installed Windows yet? If not, I think we have to try that, and put windows on one of the ssd's. There's no reason to keep that HDD other than basic storage. But given it's 7 years old, it might just be best to get all data off that drive.

If the operating system is installed on that hard drive, then it will be slow, particularly after seven years. The BIOS needs to be updated. Delete the GPU drivers and reinstall them.

No, I haven't done that with iCue, but I'll give it a try. Also, out of curiosity to check if the issue occurs with another mouse, I have an old Logitech G302. I really doubt it will fix the problem, since I just moved it around after gaming and it makes my PC slow down—this seems unusual. Also, I haven't reinstalled Windows; I'm just backing it up as a last option.

I removed iCue using RevoUninstaller to perform a fresh installation, but that didn't succeed and my mouse theory also failed.
I believe I'm giving up—I'm setting aside space to install Windows on another drive. I've been wanting to do that for a while now, but I've been lazy and never faced any issues until now.

I put Windows on the SSD, that should have fixed the issue! Appreciate all the support.
