Hello, I just received the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro and it arrived about an hour ago. However, sometimes the keys still get delayed and appear at once even after I've pressed them. At first, I considered the CPU might be busy, but checking it shows everything is fine. This issue doesn’t seem to affect my Steelseries Apex 7 keyboard either. Is there a solution to this problem? Please see the video below.

Have you set up Razer's Synapse application and noticed any improvement? Attempt to utilize the Razer keyboard on a different system.

I received this keyboard since my old one was becoming outdated, and it also includes the Snap Tap function that needed the Razer Synapse app to update the firmware.

I talked to Razer and they described it as a rockstar, calling it a "known" issue. I’m not sure how much I trust their assessment.
