Graphic Card is stuck in Recovery Mode. I've tried all possible fixes but it remains unresolved. I attempted a fresh Windows installation, including manual driver setup and using DSA for every BIOS version, yet it didn't work. I reached out to Intel support through the community forum, but no effective solution was provided. I've attached the discussion link and my system details for reference, hoping this will help resolve the issue. Thanks for your attention.

All systems are functioning properly, even with the ARC installed and using the iGPU, but the problem appears only with the ARC.

Yes, that's correct. The B580 has been physically removed from the system.

Did you actually take out the GPU and then just used the built-in video to see if it works? Because in the thread you referenced, you said you didn’t have another system to test the B580, so I’m recommending you focus on isolating the problem.

It's also advisable to remove the B580 from the computer. Verify all BIOS configurations, ensure Windows is fully updated, and carry out a complete DDU reinstall of the Intel GPU driver. Are you using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant? Let the computer run for at least a day to confirm everything is stable. After that, reinstall the B580 to check if the display appears.

yes, i have done that and there were no problems, but when i install the Arc GPU and its driver, the system enters recovery mode.
i attempted to narrow down the issue, though i didn’t have access to another machine. you’re right, running this test on a different system would likely provide clearer results, wouldn’t it? if that’s the case, i’ll do my best to carry out the test, no matter what it takes, and i’ll let you know the outcome.

There are three areas that need fixing. First, test the B580 on a different motherboard. Second, use another GPU in your system. Third, connect the B580 to PCIEX1_4 or PCIEX4 at the bottom of the board.
