Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Could you share the make and model of your case? Did you remove the plastic film covering the AIO's pump block? It might be helpful to note the orientation of your fans—we've seen cases where they were placed incorrectly and temperatures were very high. I could even plug my AIO into the wrong location. Which header connects the AIO and the fans to the motherboard? Additionally, is there any indication that your motherboard's BIOS needs an update?

I've taken out the plastic. I'm reusing the AIO from an earlier build without any problems before putting in new parts. The case is a lian li lancool ii mesh (white).
