Hi guys, i have a big problem with my PC. Graphic textures not loading in games, there is no differennce between low or ultra high settings no matter what i do. It started about a month ago and i could not find any solution on google or even youtube. I reinstalled the windows,every drivers the newest and the BIOS as well. Is it software or hardware issue? i really need help guys with it, im desperate....
config: zotac 3060 Ti (less than a yeard old)

32GB RAM

What is the age of your PSU in this setup?
Use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers from your platform. Then manually reinstall the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site, using an elevated command—Right click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
