I’m seeking assistance with a gaming issue I’ve been facing. My system runs with the specifications provided, yet performance remains inconsistent. Even when playing at low settings to conserve resources, frame rates drop significantly. The main concern arises during one specific game, which randomly freezes mid-gameplay. I can still hear the audio, but I’m unable to interact or click within the application. The freeze only lifts once the sound stops, and I’m stuck closing the program. Resetting my PC has been the only fix so far.
It’s unusual for this problem to occur at the same moment in every session. My friends have reported no issues with the game—no freezes or crashes. Given the game’s popularity with over 20 million users, I’m curious if something unique about my PC or GPU might be triggering this behavior.

The only fix I've discovered is to restart your PC or reset the operating system?
