Hello, I have an i7 9700k and an RTX 3070. Which CPU should I upgrade to: RYZEN 78003XD, i7 14700K, or the F version?

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. If you go with an AM5 processor, you can't recycle the ram and you'll need a new motherboard to pair with said DDR5 ram. Same story with the 14th Gen Intel processor though with 13th and 14th Gen's issues, I'd avoid 14th Gen Intel processors. To also add, I personally avoid the F SKU of processors since an iGPU is invaluable to have when troubleshooting discrete GPU related issues. You should add your budget for your upgrade path, your location and your preferred site for purchase.
