Hi, my friend streams on an adult site using her C922 webcam and has been fine until recently. She streams via OBS, and the video appears on OBS and Logitech software but not on the site itself. When testing other sites like Omegle, it mentions permission issues. This has only started happening recently, within the past week or so. So far, I have: restarted the laptop, checked for driver updates, verified permissions in Chrome and Windows 11, uninstalled the webcam software and reinstalled it, tried a different browser, checked for conflicting programs, and even connected to Omegle directly through the webcam. Any suggestions?

omegle continues to display a camera blocked message. Please turn it on and attempt again.
The permissions for the website itself are configured to allow, as are the Windows permissions.
Are there alternative methods to verify if the webcam is being used?

I also used Process Explorer, but nothing is utilizing the webcam.
