Many factors determine whether you require a dedicated GPU. This configuration is near the price point but I’m uncertain if the case size suits your needs.

Consider purchasing one of the two options mentioned.
Take a look at The Intel NUC kits.
There is one featuring the I5-340P processor, which is somewhat similar to the 13400T models you referenced.
Add memory and storage.

I plan to rely on the built-in video since this machine will handle *mumbling* torrents and function as a plex server. The case is too large and the power supply is too strong. I need it to operate at minimal power because it must run continuously.

if i decide to purchase something ready-made, i prefer sticking with well-known brands such as Dell or Lenovo.
