Hi Everyone,
My latest build isn’t starting up properly. On the MB display, there’s an LED sequence displaying various codes—first CPU (red), then DRAM (yellow), followed by VGA (white) lighting up before freezing. Eventually, the boot indicator turns green and both white and green lights remain active.

According to reports, the D6 light suggests no graphics card is detected. I’ve removed the graphics card and tried different slots, but nothing works. I also ran a BIOS update via the flashbios tool on the motherboard and reinserted the M2 card.

System details:
Processor: Intel Core i9-14900K (24 cores, 8 P-cores + 16 E-cores) with built-in graphics
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi 6E (PCIe 5.0, DDR5, 18+1 power stages, 2.5 Gb LAN, Thunderbolt 4, 5x M.2, 1x PCIe 5.0 M.2, USB 3.2 front panel)
Cooler: NZXT Kraken 360 RGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler
Graphics: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDRR6X with HDMI/DP Nvlink TORX fan
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 128GB (4x32GB, 5600MHz)
HD: MSI Spatium M461 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB SSD
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 1600 G+, 80+ Gold, 1600W, modular design with 10-year warranty and free power tester included
Let me know if you need anything else!

Without a specific GPU installed in the motherboard's PCIE slot, you should be able to access the display through the iGPU present in the i9-14900K.

the monitor is linked to the gpu instead of the motherboard, and the power cable is also connected there?

Thank you both for the suggestion. The issue might have been the monitor failing, it shut off too fast, or the cable was faulty. I changed both the monitor and the cable, and it worked.
