Whenever I turn UEFI on from BIOS it says “There is no GOP support detected in this card bios. In the BIOS settings under CSM/UEFI mode, it will be set to CSM.”
Also I tried opening msinfo32 and found that the BIOS mode is "UEFI."
I just need to allow UEFI so secure boot can be enabled.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
i just need to enable "UEFI" to be alowed to enable secure boot
If the OS was installed with CSM enabled(UEFI disabled), then you'll need to follow through this guide;

Goes without saying, make sure you've backed up data before doing anything.

This notification appears when your main display adapter doesn't support hybrid vBIOS or can't run without CSM active in UEFI mode. CSM enables the oprom for older BIOS devices and conflicts with Secure Boot. For Secure Boot or pure UEFI, a different adapter is required to view anything.
