I purchased the 9070xt right away and since then I consistently experience driver timeouts in every game after 2-4 minutes. All components in my system are at stock level. I've attempted various fixes such as disabling XMP, reinstalling Windows, using DDU for a fresh Adrenalin install with only drivers and background software disabled, but nothing resolves the issue. The only consistent behavior is that when I manually set the card to run clocks around 3050MHz, it functions perfectly. However, once the clock exceeds 3080Mhz (stock performance pushes up to 3100-3200Mhz), the system crashes every time. This seems to be related to a driver or VBIO problem. I’m not seeing any performance loss, but this instability at stock is unusual for this card. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any recent updates for the motherboard?
How was the PSU connected to the GPU?
What is the GPU temperature?
Try using the card on another system
Send a return request

it's not only about the op. The person in the Reddit post has a sapphire card, but others in the thread indicate it's more than just Sapphire. Someone fixed theirs by flashing VBios, though I don't see one for the Pulse.

Possible driver issue could be if many users face the same problem when exceeding certain speeds. If driver errors appear, it might be right after launch.
