Question6800XT Crashing
When playing games on my 6800XT, I sometimes notice the screen goes black and needs a full restart. The keyboard and mouse stay on, and the motherboard GPU LED lights up. Since I used an 850W gold power supply, I suspect it's not a power problem. I replaced my old GPU (5700XT) with the same model and had no issues. I'm considering sending it back for repair through RMA, but am concerned about the potential 100$ inspection fee. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, I have a Ryzen 5 5600x with 32GB RAM. I've tried reinstalling Windows and upgraded my PSU, but nothing worked.

I own a 850W gold unit, so I assume it's not related to power problems.
The advertised wattage is 850W, while Gold claims an 80+ efficiency rating. Please specify the model and make of your device.
I recently replaced my PSU but haven't seen any changes.
What are the details of your old and new units?

Do you have run DDU before swapping the RX5700XT for the RX6800XT?
Attempted a fresh Windows installation.
You should install the OS in offline mode, then manually add all necessary drivers via the elevated command prompt—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
