Is there a specific time when this GPU becomes available on February 20th, or does it vary by shop and country? I need precise information because 5080 and 5090 were out of stock within just 30 minutes, so every minute counts. I'm located in Poland (CET time zone).

It will be extremely difficult to obtain. Here they are 1500-1700 on FB marketplace.
