I changed the bios and retried all four sticks, but the issue persisted at 4000Mhz. After enabling xmp, I received an error about needing to repair my PC. Once I removed two sticks, everything worked fine. I might need to return the kit I bought yesterday and purchase two 16-bit 6000 MHz sticks instead. Also, could I use the frequencies shown in the screenshot you shared?

Begin by confirming that both new sticks are functional.
Insert them and perform a full pass with memtest.
Next, configure the two working sticks and adjust the speed in the bios to the default setting.
Then, slightly increase the ram voltage in the bios.
After that, install the second pair and test. Running 4 sticks often requires a bit more voltage, and this extra can help offset minor discrepancies.
You might need to raise the voltage setting up to around 1.45v or even higher.

The current 2 sticks are running on 1.25V but I don't know by what amount should I keep increating it so I change it to 1.3V, there is no graph I just have to manually put numbers in.
Also Im not sure If I want to play with voltages and all this stuff, for me it's maybe easier to just buy 2x16 If this is not working but I can give it a shot.

They verify that the chips placed onto each memory stick work well together and compare pairs to find the best matches. Of course, they remove the top-quality chips and sell them as premium products, which significantly limits the potential for overclocking. It's quite remarkable how much differences exist between chips even from the same wafer. Chips produced at various times on the same wafer are likely to show even greater inconsistencies.
