Question+3.3v shows a value below 3.3v
Question+3.3v shows a value below 3.3v
Hello, I recently installed all new components and everything worked fine during testing. The 5.0v, 3.3v, and 12v voltages were all normal. However, I've started observing that the CPU BCLK is dropping below 100mhz. In the BIOS readings, it was consistently around 100–100.6mhz before, unlike my previous build with a 5600x+b550. Now occasionally it drops to 99.8mhz or lower for a moment, then returns to normal above 100mhz when I check the BIOS again.
I also checked the PC health and noticed the +3.3v reading is lower than expected. I recall it was stable before, so I’m unsure what changed.
My rig specifications are:
- Motherboard: MOBO Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D (Temp limit 80°C with -40 CO AllCores)
- RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium 2x16
- Power Supply: Corsair RM1000x 1000W Gold
I’m not sure if the BCLK is normal or if there are other concerns.
When dealing with voltages, the allowable differences are quite broad.

Testing with a multimeter might result in the 3.3 volt rail being off by ±5%.
The measured value of 3.289 falls within the acceptable range of 3.135 to 3.465 volts.
There are also discussions about the precision of the displayed voltage and how it was actually measured to three decimal places.
The reading itself doesn’t concern me too much.
Still, I’ll rely on those who might have doubts about the voltage being lower than expected.
