MOBO: Asrock fatal1ty 990fx killer
CPU: 8350fx
GPU: GTX 1050
RAM: DDR3
PSU: EVGA 500w

Hello everyone.
Recently my computer was working fine until I encountered a blue screen of death. After restarting, it froze during desktop startup and wouldn’t boot at all—no BIOS access either. When turned on, it emits three long beeps, pauses, then repeats. I tried re-seating the RAM, placing each stick one by one, even replacing some with new modules, but nothing improved. Although some RAM sticks had different speeds, I didn’t expect it to cause issues. All components seem functional and powered on correctly. I also reset the CMOS via the jumper and battery, yet the screen still doesn’t appear. I’m not sure if any part is faulty since most components are new and previously worked on another motherboard. The motherboard uses UEFI BIOS; I’m hoping for some advice.

I acquired the AMD FX-8350 CPU and/or AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer MoBo from a specific source. It's important to note that even if the CPU is compatible with another manufacturer, it doesn't guarantee its current functionality. Components can fail unexpectedly. Given the age of both the CPU (11 years) and the motherboard (9 years), any failure would be unexpected. Hardware issues could involve the CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, or power supply. To identify which parts are faulty, you'll need a compatible system to test each component individually. The most likely culprits are the motherboard, CPU, and/or GPU. Could you provide details about your EVGA power supply model?
