Bought the system from NZXT UK, a 14900kf ROG STRIX B660-A gaming Wi-Fi with 64GB RAM at 6000MHz and an RTX 4090. Occasionally it shows BSODs during game updates or when restarting. I’m familiar with the BSOD problems linked to Raptor Lake and a BIOS update is available to fix it. I’m concerned about possible chip damage and wondering if Intel can assist. The issue began about 7 months ago and has become more frequent recently.

Did you verify the temperatures for the CPU and GPU with HWMonitor?
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Did you remove the GPU drivers using DDU, then reinstall them as an administrator in Safe Mode?
Have you experimented with a different GPU and RAM to isolate certain parts?
Does it operate smoothly in Safe Mode?
