I can run VALORANT at about 300 frames per second. After playing for around an hour, it slowly drops to 170 fps and stays there. Thermals are okay when I check them while the drop happens; they stay around 55 to 65 degrees Celsius for both CPU and GPU. If I stop playing VALORANT, the frame rate will go back up to 300 fps again. Specs: CPU - Ryzen 5600X, GPU - Gigabyte Gaming OC 3070, RAM - Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB DDR4-3600 CL16, Motherboard - MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max, Power Supply - EVGA Supernova 750W Gold.

Over time, lower speed is often just a sign that it's getting hot. Check the HWMonitor to see the highest temp on your machine. That number tells you how hot things feel when you're running at full power right now. What else do you have? Especially look at your case and the cooler.

I'll talk to you about those temperatures right now, but here are the other parts I have: The case is a Corsair 4000D and the cooler is Noctua NH-U12A.
