Is this the sole computer at your house? If every part of your PC is functioning correctly, you might want to consider checking the home's electrical wiring. As mentioned before, I had a similar experience a couple of years ago. A different PSU resolved the issue, and another PC in the same house was working perfectly fine. The removed PSU still works in another PC, though not where it was originally supposed to be. I never found out why.
If its home electrical wiring then wouldn't this influence other devices like the fridge, lightbulbs, microwave, etc., right? Yes, it's the only PC, but I also have a laptop and I use it often while connected, it doesn't have any issues. I can't ask for a warranty if the technician can't match my problem even though I sent them a video. I'm unsure what tests they can perform to reproduce it.
