The mainboard uses an ATX 4-pin 12v power connector. Is this accurate? What kind of power supply is needed for the mainboard? How many amps should it draw? Are there any quiet, fanless PSUs available? I see a 12v silent DC power jack for sale. Can a female DC power jack be used with a male ATX 4-pin adapter? Please clarify.

I'm not sure about your question.
Check if you have the power adapter included.

Check which power supplies can supply the mainboard. Also, determine if it's possible to use an adapter to provide 12v dc power from the PSU 12V DC power jack.

Sadly, the guide for your motherboard doesn't specify the Amps needed on the 12V DC input. For the PSU you mentioned, 5A at 12V equals 60W, which could suffice for your board, but it's better to verify the official PSU specifications. If you need to adapt the setup, you could remove the connector from a standard PSU and connect a compatible one from Farnell. Make sure to match the polarity carefully to avoid any issues.
