Hello, and thank you ahead for your assistance.
I encountered an issue with a slow setup in Warzone 2, where I was getting only 60-70 fps, which isn’t great. Now I mostly play Fortnite, and with Comp settings enabled, I experience massive stutters from 165 (capped) down to just 50-60 fps.
This frame skip is essentially unplayable.
Let me know if you need any more details or benchmarks—I can provide them.

What is the BIOS version for your motherboard right now? You could try DDU, delete all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then install the newest GPU drivers manually from Nvidia's support site using an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator. Is this discussion about yours? Specs: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X G.Skill 16 gb 3200mhz – XMP enabled on B550 AORUS PRO AC MSI RTX 2060 SUPER SPC with Navi RGB 240 Corsair RM 750W 80 Plus Gold. Windows 10 22H2. Issue: During gaming, I aim for peak performance while using only 30% of my GPU and a similar CPU load. forums.

Yeah, it's an older post but I gave up on trying to fix the problem.

BIOS : f16e
Deleted drivers in safe mode, added new ones from the support site.
Failed to work.

What connection method is used for your display and is G-SYNC active? Also, have the AMD motherboard drivers been updated?

SYNC mode activated, main screen (165 Hz) - connection via display port, secondary (60 Hz) HDMI
Chipset drivers are current

As a test, take out the secondary screen and evaluate the system's operation.
