Hey there,
My PC has been acting strangely lately. Both monitors go dark for short periods or until I restart it. This isn’t a monitor issue, as I’ve tested around seven different ones. About a month ago, my GPU started showing horizontal green lines on the screen. I returned it to warranty support, but they couldn’t reproduce the problem and claimed there was no fault with either the PC or GPU. About a week ago, after knocking my desk around, it began randomly going black for a few seconds. It happens occasionally, depending on how hard I hit the desk or just a light tap. When watching Netflix, it sometimes disconnects, Discord shuts down, and certain games crash, though others work fine. It also displays a Blue Screen after a blackout.

I’ve tried all possible fixes—swapped cables, re-seated RAM and GPU, reinstalled drivers. Each time the blackout occurs, Event Viewer logs around 5 errors with the source "nvlddmkm," warning about driver issues and a critical "Kernel-Power" alert.

I’m unsure what to do next. I still have the warranty, but I’m worried they won’t be able to fix it and might leave me without a PC for 2–3 weeks. Thanks for your help.

What remains of your system, including PSU specifics, seems to indicate a power loss caused by a faulty connection.
