There seems to be an unusual situation with my Minecraft performance. It only uses 20% of my GPU, but sometimes it jumps to 90% when idle or when switching windows, causing FPS to spike dramatically from 90 to 500. I’m really puzzled because normally I expect the opposite. This sudden change is quite unexpected, and I don’t know what caused it.

full system specifications? brand and model of the PSU included. CPU performance details: what the CPU usage looks like under low and high GPU loads.
