The temperatures are really high at 80-84°C when I overclock my R5 3600, and I’m struggling to manage them. My current cooler is 4.2 GHz @ 1.375V, but after re-seating and re-pasting it several times, the issue persists. On my old 1700x with the same cooler, temperatures stayed good (68-71°C) at a 4.0Ghz setting. It might be a BIOS configuration problem or another setting I’m missing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Are you removing the dust trays from clean outings of the radiator? How does your airflow work with the intake and exhaust fans?

Are you certain those temperatures are in Celsius? At 68 degrees Celsius it's not 'really nice'—though it's stinking hot! And 1.375 volts won't make that happen. An R5-3600 should be idling in the high 30s, if the ambient is low in the 20s, and around 70 under load. It seems you've faced these problems since your 1700x, as that temperature is extremely hot for idle. Make sure your case fans are spinning correctly and going in the right directions. Which ones are all blowing, including the AIO fans?
