Hello Everyone,
Do you have any ideas on the best way to slightly undervolt and underclock a laptop to conserve battery while keeping it stable? Are there any recommended programs or settings? My machine is a Lenovo X250 with an i5 5300u and an HD display.

Throttlestop is the best choice for this. It has a big community and solid support from the team.

Thank you for your question. The differences in options between your i5 5300u and the other laptop you mentioned may be due to various factors such as software configurations or hardware variations. It is also possible that the CPU type influences the available settings. Certain processors might indeed offer more customization options.
