Case: Fractal Design Core 1100, 1x 120mm front Noctua fan, 1x 120mm side fan (Silverston slim) equipped with dust filter, 92mm Noctua rear fan.
GPU: RTX 3080 FE (undervolted to 850mb @1850 on average running 270-280W at peak, occasionally reaching 310).
CPU: R7 5700x
PSU: Corsair SF600W (SFX form factor with bracket)
I’ve slightly modified the fan curve to balance noise and cooling, particularly for front/side and rear fans.
When playing demanding games, my PSU effectively expels most of the hot air, which feels quite warm to the touch, though the 92mm rear fan helps a bit.
Under heavy load, the GPU stays around 75°C and the CPU around 68-70°C.
So far I haven’t experienced shutdowns or crashes, but could it affect my PSU’s longevity? Should I adjust the rear fan curve further or consider a case with improved airflow (preferably one that allows reuse of existing fans)?

It would help more if you chose a case with a bottom-mounted PSU and vents on top and back, plus a bigger fan at the rear. You've already invested a lot in your internal components, so it makes sense to invest a bit more in the case.

This case I think about includes Fractal Design Torrent Compact (I have an mATX) even though its PSU is at the top? Still, it should work well with big 2x 180 front fans.
