I purchased an HP desktop and am considering an upgrade. The issue is that I can't upgrade the PSU without swapping out the motherboard. Something like this.

The PSU is 400W gold, a proprietary model from HP.
GPU - 1660 SUPER
CPU - i5-10400F
RAM - 2 Slots (24 GB)
Memory - M.2 NVME (INTEL SSDPEKNW512G8H) <0.1W
Additional components - 2 fans + mouse, mic and keyboard (no LEDs, but unknown power draw), WIFI card
My concern is whether I can install a 3070 Founders Edition without running into power issues. It has a TDP of 220W and the i5-10400F has a TDP of 65W, so would my system handle the extra load?
The reason I can't replace the PSU is because they use proprietary connectors that the motherboard requires, and I’m not confident enough to disassemble a 24-pin adapter to ensure compatibility like others have done.
Another point: the 1660 SUPER uses a 6 + 2 pin connector. Will that fit the 8 to 12 pin adapter for the 3070 Founders Edition? It seems it should, but I haven’t tested booting it yet.
They removed their official specs page for the motherboard, which is the BAKER REV A M11.
Previously, they had a dedicated specs page, but they decided to replace it with their generic forms for some reason.

The average power consumption is around 220 watts, and the peak power requirement reaches 380 watts. At a base clock speed of 2.9GHz and 10400F at 2.9GHz, it operates at 65 watts and can increase to 134 watts. The TDP of 65 watts indicates the CPU cooler must provide at least 65 watts of cooling capacity; this ensures the CPU won't throttle below 2.9GHz during heavy loads, allowing better performance up to 134 watts for longer durations.

and the issue arises since these three components are exclusive. Standard ATX specifications don't apply here.
