Hi! I can try to assist you. My DOTA 2 and CS2 had a lot of stuttering recently. I’ve been troubleshooting with DDU and cleaning the driver for my graphics card, but it’s still happening a lot. Could anyone help me with this?

Before, with my GTX 1650 and Core i3 10th Gen, I never faced this kind of stuttering.
My current setup is:
- Intel Core i5 10400F
- RTX 3060 12GB
- PSU Corsair 650x
- HyperX Fury Beast 32G
- Mobo B460 Tomahawk

I'm currently experiencing an average frame rate of 30 FPS.

You can play the game while opening Task Manager simultaneously to monitor CPU/GPU/RAM spikes during stuttering. Additionally, check for any processes consuming high resources at that time.

my temperature readings for the GPU and PC are within normal ranges according to my monitoring. however, upgrading my processor and GPU causes lagging and stuttering. i'm not sure why this happens.

Consider activating the bios options...
"Above 4G Decoding" and
"Resizable Bar" if available.
Adjusting these preferences might allow greater utilization of GPU memory during processes, which could enhance gaming performance.

Your new configuration works well for both DOTA and CS2. It seems another factor might be involved, so here are some suggestions you could review:
Disable any background programs that could strain system resources.
Use a task manager to track CPU and GPU activity while playing.
If you've adjusted your CPU or GPU settings, reverting to standard speeds may help. Overclocking can sometimes cause problems.
Make sure your system has adequate airflow and that GPU and CPU temperatures stay normal.
High temperatures can reduce performance.
If these steps don’t fix the issue, provide more information about your setup, like any error messages or specific scenarios causing stuttering.
For CS2, check this article:
