I want to ask many gamers here about my PC's issue. At first glance, these are my specs: i5 10400F, RX 6600XT, 16GB RAM, and a 75Hz monitor. The problem is clear—when idle, the PC stutters like a mouse lagging, which I've already tried fixing by adjusting mouse lag settings. Initially, I thought it was just a mouse issue, but then it started affecting my gameplay. Every five minutes it stutters, the GPU load fluctuates wildly, sometimes reaching 90% and dropping to 0% in a second, making it really uncomfortable. Thanks.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide full system details. Please list your build as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:

SSD/HDD:

PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU, along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
I’m also encountering similar problems with other RX 9070 owners—maybe a driver bug exists. Try using DDU to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) in Safe Mode, then install the latest driver from AMD’s support site via an elevated command: Right click installer > Run as Administrator.
