Hello everyone! Thank you for reading my update, which I’m hoping will be concise.
I’m experiencing screen tearing on my PC, especially noticeable in games and accompanied by stutters. It happens even when I’m just browsing Windows. I’m still unsure what’s causing the problem. I’ve tried numerous solutions—adjusting RAM speed settings in BIOS, disabling Game Mode and Xbox Game Bar, updating BIOS and drivers. Nothing seems to resolve it. I also replaced my graphics card with another one to check if that was the culprit, but it didn’t help. My CPU and GPU aren’t under excessive load, and their temperatures remain average or low most of the time. I have 32 GB of RAM, which shouldn’t be a problem either.
I’m starting to think the issue might come from the CPU or motherboard itself. I’ve already tried many fixes, but I feel stuck. Perhaps replacing the motherboard would be the next logical step. I’d really appreciate any additional troubleshooting tips that could ease this situation.

Thank you all ahead of time for your support!
Below is the UserBenchmark results I obtained:
[UserBenchmarks: Game 76%, Desk 109%, Work 84%]

Please note your BIOS is at version P5.63 [Beta]. Try updating to P5.65 [Beta], reset the CMOS, and check if the problem continues.
You didn’t mention the PSU’s make, model, or age. Also, share the monitor’s details and its compatibility with your platform?
Thank you for reading my post—hope it stays concise.
You might have missed attaching a video showing the screen tearing while speaking.
