Hello friends, I recently built a decent PC about four months ago and have been facing stuttering issues since purchasing it. It’s not severe, just occasional FPS drops between 2 to 10 frames per second, which bothers me a lot. I’ve tried various solutions and taken the graphics card out of warranty. I’ve also disabled HPET, reinstalled Windows and drivers.
Checking CPU and GPU temperatures, running a malware scan, assessing RAM and SSD usage, and determining the SSD's capacity.
cpu/gpu temperatures remain within 65 degrees, mlaware scan shows everything is fine, ram and ssd usage stay under 80%, ssd storage at 50% with over 200gb free space on each drive.

Sure, unlock your CPU now. Have you enabled XMP in your BIOS to also unlock RAM? Also, did you verify your PSU model against the list and know its grade?
i have corsair 650w modular 80+ gold, so it seems to be midrange. i'm wondering how to unlock the cpu and whether this might affect performance.
