I recently acquired some new parts for my PC, including a new CPU, MOBO, and RAM. I installed everything without any issues and started using it in a dual monitor configuration—one monitor at 1440p via DisplayPort and the other at 1080p via HDMI. Initially, I began to experience problems while playing games alongside watching videos on Opera. The game would lag, as would the video stream in Opera. I stopped using the browser during gameplay, but the lag persisted. My character would move on its own for a few seconds without any keypresses. Occasionally, programs would stutter and then crash completely. One observation is that Speccy doesn’t recognize my RAM, displaying only "UNKNOWN." I’m unsure where to begin troubleshooting. Any advice?
