One of the fans inside my PC spins rapidly and loudly for 10 to 20 seconds every few minutes, even when idle. This occurs regardless of system activity. I checked the Task Manager and found no unusual activity. When playing a game, the issue disappears (I can hear the normal fan noise during gameplay). I've restarted the PC and updated all drivers, but nothing new has appeared. The problem started about two days ago.

R5 5650g
Asrock b450m sl
Darkflash Darkair cooler
MSI 2060s
Kingston fury 2x8gb
Kingston NV1 500gb
WD blue 2tb
CM MWE 550
Win10
Edit: after day 3 it disappeared, so I installed Hwmonitor to keep an eye on it. Currently everything seems normal, and I'll update soon. If the issue persists, I'll close this thread.

Initially identify the fan that excels in handling temperature increases, even slightly. Consider adjusting various speed profiles for the suspected fans.

Execute Hwmonitor or a comparable tool.
It will display the present, lowest, and highest fan speeds.
What could have shifted since everything was fine two days ago?
A system update maybe?
Malware or a virus?
A new application?
