Hello,
I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5700X3D because of performance problems with ARK: ASA. After the upgrade, the game ran smoothly on my RTX 3080, achieving around 90–120 FPS with full GPU utilization and 40–60% CPU usage.

However, a separate issue arose. Someone recommended resetting the NVIDIA Control Panel settings, which didn’t resolve the problem. Since then, my GPU usage remains between 50–90%, CPU usage is around 50–70%, and FPS drops more often with stuttering.

I changed the Power Management Mode to “Prefer maximum performance” and adjusted Texture Filtering to “Performance,” but the issue persists.

Any advice or information would be very helpful.

Use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers from Intel, AMD and Nvidia in Safe Mode, then install the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site manually via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator. It's advisable to verify you have the most recent BIOS and chipset driver versions before proceeding.

I handled everything, but the issue remains unchanged. GPU consumption stays between 60-80% with frequent stutters. It could be related to shaders, though I'm uncertain. VRAM usage is also 500mb lower, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'll conduct further testing. Appreciate your support.
