Question STALKER 2: are the keybinds broken on my PC?
It's surprising how the STALKER team managed not to fix the keybind issues. I still have my movement keys set on the numpad, which functioned perfectly in all previous STALKER titles. Now, pressing the 2 key to back up while aiming causes my view to disappear instantly. STALKER 2 is meant to be a high-end title, yet they can't get simple keybindings working? Even though they succeeded with other games in the series?
Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system specifics. Provide the power supply unit specifications—make, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Indicate whether the network is wired or wireless. Mention the keyboard make and model. Additional information is required.
GSC actually got back to me on this issue!
"Thank you for your patience while we looked into this issue. I wanted to update you that the team has identified the problem with NumPad key mapping and has started working on a fix. It will be included in one of the upcoming patches.
I know waiting for a fix can be frustrating, and I truly appreciate your understanding. The team is working hard to ensure the best experience possible, and your report helped bring attention to this issue.
