You need some assistance with troubleshooting!
I accidentally turned on 3D Display mode in my Display Settings. The screen went dark right away and couldn't be turned off.
A Windows update was pending, so I performed a hard reboot.
After restarting, the screen only shows a spinning circle icon (a rotating circle made of five small white dots).
Nothing appears to happen. I'm stuck and need help with my client.
Thanks for your support!

Nothing is happening. I'm stuck with client work to complete. How long have you let the OS run before thinking the wait was too long? You can boot into Safe Mode. You might also try restoring the system before the update, to see if that helps.

I wasn’t able to start Safe mode after several attempts (F 8?).
I can boot into BIOS F2.
Nothing changed, I exited and saw the Windows blue icon for a while, then the spinning circles again…!
I’ll try once more to enter Safe mode. Argh!
I think waiting about 10 minutes is sufficient to see the spinning circle?
Any other tips would be helpful.

Just checking if there might be a disk space problem. It seems Windows could be trying to update but running out of storage and getting stuck. I believe I should make a bootable USB to test further. It's been a while since I tried that. Anyone have any links with detailed, step-by-step guidance?
