An unusual issue has occurred with my audio. Suddenly there is no sound on YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and any embedded media. However, the speakers are functioning properly, and there is sound on all media players. I have updated drivers, reinstalled them, and updated Windows. I've tried various browsers, but the sound stopped during a YouTube video. Have anyone else experienced this? How were you able to resolve it? I don’t feel the need to reinstall the OS, and I understand why the speakers and media players work correctly. Help?

Browsers come with their own documentation for handling media. Consider reinstalling your primary browser before proceeding.
