Initially the new pc setup booted quickly, but when I power it on I notice my Corsair cooler or RGB fans turning on, though it takes a while for anything to appear on the screen or keyboard. The previous day I experienced a blue screen while watching a video, but after restarting it disappeared. Occasionally the problem doesn’t happen and I get a smooth boot. I’ve observed odd behavior with Corsair products—after shutdown they sometimes still light up. The Corsair items are being detected in iCUE and its latest version. I just assembled the machine; it’s not functioning perfectly, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
- Corsair H150i LCD cooler
- Aorus B650 Elite AX
- AMD 7950X3D
- Corsair Vengeance 64GB
- NVIDIA Gigabyte 4070TI Super Eagle 16GB
- 2TB Samsung 990 EVO M.2

I've been playing a lot on the machine over the past month without any problems.

some extra details indicate the Corsair cooler/ram/ fans are managed through iCUE. I thought there might be a small issue but everything functioned normally, with temperatures looking okay and no crashes during long gaming sessions. However, occasionally after shutting down the PC, some parts stay lit which puzzled me. After checking, it seems Corsair products can behave that way. Sometimes when I power up, it reverts to factory defaults instead of my chosen settings or the cooler’s splash screen.

It doesn’t seem like there’s a problem with Corsair components here, but since this was unusual for me, I included it.

The slow booting isn’t always consistent—it happens sporadically. Initially I’d just restart it because it wouldn’t boot, and it worked then. But after a few restarts, I was surprised when it didn’t. I unplugged the power, held the power button, and tried again (maybe that helps). While waiting to figure out what to do, it loaded BIOS then Windows, which took over a minute. To clarify, during this process no video appears—only fans spin, RGB stays, and my keyboard/mouse and monitor don’t light up, though my USB mic does.

Edit: This PC I assembled about two months ago had been fine until now.

iCue is known for causing performance issues on PCs. It's often recommended to uninstall it and try alternatives such as OpenRGB.
