Hi everyone, the situation is clear. My previous company told me to either keep or get rid of the old laptop since they were replacing all of them. I attempted a reset by logging in normally, but it keeps asking me to log in under their domain. I also tried restoring from a bootable USB drive, but it says there are no valid drives to reinstall Windows. Should I disable something or just delete the device?

Not a restoration, using any method.
Complete reset and reinstall.
Which operating system?

It is currently running on Windows 11, the message indicated a full reinstall via bootable USB. I used the mediation creation tool.
