Question regarding PC Part Picker notes
They mentioned the product a few months prior to LGA1700's release, indicating there might still be an "AK620 Without LGA1700 bracket" available. The provided manual includes two versions: 1. AK620 Manual.pdf and 2. AK620 Manual without LGA1700 Mounting brackets.pdf. You should contact deepcool CSR to confirm availability or consider purchasing from a physical store for certainty.
The Deepcool AK620 likely comes without an LGA1700 mounting adapter in the box. If it doesn’t arrive with one, you may need to purchase it separately. However, it’s better if they include an adapter with the cooler when it’s compatible. Amirite?
I made some changes to the post. I’m not sure about their company rules regarding this. I haven’t tried DeepCool before, so it might be better to purchase it in person.
Typically, most coolers include it by default, especially if they're brand new.
They revealed the AK620 in September 2021 and Alder Lake came out in November 2021. As mentioned earlier, their site features two distinct manual names. You can check the official page here: https://global.deepcool.com/products/Coo...3067.shtml. The press release is also available at https://global.deepcool.com/company/pres...=PressRoom, though it's best to confirm directly with their CSR team. Some retailers might still carry older models, similar to the situation with the Arctic MX-5 recall.
