Question Red light and no display on new AM5 build, assistance needed
I've attempted to remove the RAM stick and checked all four slots. I examined the CPU socket pins, the CPU power connectors, the MOBO power connectors, and flashed the latest BIOS. I reassembled everything multiple times, including the CPU, heatsink, and M2 SSDs. Everything is correctly positioned. I also tried using a CMOS battery and placed one of those diagnostic speakers that produce 0 beeps.
I've been trying various things without success and feel increasingly frustrated.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte B650 Eagle. The CPU is a 7800X3D. The RAM is a silicon power powerx storm 6000 MHz with 30 CL.
I noticed my CPU might have an issue on the underside, visible only from certain angles. I'm unsure if it's dirty or if it's dead.

You'll need to improve your photography. The first shot is out of focus while the second has a shallow depth of field that obscures the CPU's underside. It might be best to avoid sending images of your CPU socket with ambient lighting. We often overlook details users don’t notice.
Attempt using an eraser to clean the processor’s underside, as mentioned—avoid touching the socket.
Rams should fill slots A2 and B2; ensure they’re securely seated.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, include your complete system specifications. List them clearly like this:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
Add the PSU’s age along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time (the version you installed).
It's difficult to capture a clear image of the marks due to the limited viewing angle. The rams are properly seated in slots A2 and B2. I attempted to install only one RAM in slot 1 to rule out a dead unit, but no changes occurred regardless of the slot used. The system components are all new, with the chassis being around four years old and functioning well. It seems the problem isn't related to the GPU, SSD, or power supply. All three were tested on an older machine without issues. I plan to use the BIOS eraser tomorrow and want to confirm it won't harm the CPU.
I also noticed you were asking about socket pictures.
