Hello,
I’m experiencing occasional frame time spikes on my PC, especially during fast gameplay in titles like Vermintide 2.
My system runs a fresh Windows 10 install with the newest AMD drivers, XMP enabled for RAM, and SAM disabled. The power plan is set to "performance."
CPU temperatures remain stable around 70 degrees.
There was a conductive liquid metal incident that affected some components, but after professional cleaning and purchasing a new motherboard, the issues have improved.
I captured one spike in frame time on a screenshot, which could help with troubleshooting.
Details about my hardware:
XFX 6800 XT
Ryzen 7 5800 X3D
Asus B550-F gaming
Corsair 32GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Vengeance LPX
700W PSU
Crucial MX500 500GB SSD

700W PSU is the stated power output of the device. Could you provide details about its brand and model, along with its age? After purchasing a new motherboard, what was the previous board? If you swapped it for a different model, you may need to reinstall your operating system.

PSU model is Fractal Design Ion SFX-L 650W Gold, it's two years old. BIOS version is 3405. I used an ASRock B450 Steel Legend and performed a clean OS reinstall after replacing the motherboard.
